About the Event

CircleUp Education in an Oakland-based nonprofit organization that designs and implements custom trainings on Diversity, Inclusion, Implicit Bias, Restorative Justice Approaches, and Communication Skills.

As co-founder, Tiffany Hoang is dedicated to addressing the root causes of hate, oppression, racism, and unconscious bias. CircleUp works to ensure that future generations of children may live in a world that is more inclusive and equitable than the one we live in today.

In this online webinar, Tiffany will discuss how bias and diversity in schools impacts student learning, and what parents can do to identify unconscious bias and educational inequity.

Parents, students, educators, clinicians, and community members welcome! Free admission. Virtual Zoom session and Q&A will be video recorded.

The Parent Education Webinar Series is sponsored by Sequoia Healthcare District and Sequoia Union High School District.
